Our group of 4 stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and tidy and easy to find. The staff are all wonderfully attentive and friendly. The food is reasonably priced and truly excellent. The only downside is the traffic noise as you are in the center of town. Bring earplugs.

My dog and I stayed for a single night. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Staff were very friendly. |As pointed out in the notes, the stairs are steep and twisty but could be worse. Not suitable for someone with issues with stairs. |Parking is free and the hotel is well situated in the centre of Selkirk.
