Very good hotel in the center of the town. Restaurant at downstairs serves high quality foods. Bar is very good also. Room are pretty efficient but from Americans' point of view, lack of room for putting travelling accessories. The rooms are overly decorated and those stuff took place and challenging to move around.

Only had a meal whilst visiting Conwy. Food was really good, service was excellent and all the staff were really friendly.
