Strong local crowd, delightful staff, and a good pint of guiness with a shamrock on it. They were very accomodating and let me charge my electric bike that was about to die, which was the perfect excuse to get a pint by the fireplace.

Lovely little pub, full of history. Seems to be where the locals go. Great service and very reasonably priced. I have been here a few times over the years and will always pop in when on holiday nearby.
