The food was ok, pretty average and the service was good. They had a roast bar in the corner which looked good too. The chips could have done with being cooked more. I would go back but it wouldn’t be my first choice if other places were available.

What a nice cozy pub. Good food at fair prices with friendly staff. I was passing through on my own and called in. I had the homemade pie, carrots, mash and gravy, which was great. Followed by the homemade sticky toffee pudding which was very good too. Wish I lived nearer. Go try it 👍 …
