What a brilliant calming environment. The decor is lovely. The choice of foods is very good. The coffee and tea are fair trade and truly scrumptious. The portion sizes are generous. Overall a lovely place to dine. Also you can order food to take away with you.

Lovely tea room, very homely feel to it. All the baking is done in house. The scones for the cream tea are fabulous. Service is attentive and friendly. We arrived 5 mins before they closed but they still accommodated us and it was no trouble at all!! Well worth a visit if you go to Appledore. Cream tea one of the best we've had.

Lovely little place, loads of menu choices including vegan and gluten free and happy to switch things out on the set menus, super friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Really cute hiddden gem of a back garden perfect on a dry day!
