Just eaten out here whilst staying away and really pleased with the quality of the food, served on a plate not a piece of wood and great service. It’s becoming harder to find decent food while on the road and this is well worth a visit

I give 5 stars to this pub as it did well with service as well with the food. A good stop over for a 45 minute walk each way as part of my new exercise regime. Pheasant season is apparent and I simply love viewing allotments - holders have such green fingers.
