Ordered delivery.. Arrived 2 hours later after delivery time advised. Then the pizza was burnt and toppings all dried up and burnt... Very disappointing. As have ordered previously with no issues. Will be returning to the shop to discuss this.

Food delivered in an hour not 40 mins as website stated, paid for sauce missing from order. Newmains branch contacted, still waiting for delivery of sauce two hours after initial delivery. Clearly staff don't care if they make mistakes which costs the customers money, however small or large the value. Food nice but service shocking.
