I found this gem in the market hall in Shrewsbury on my last visit to UK I had to come back on my next trip. Delicious and authentic Chinese dim sum. I will defo go back and highly recommend.

Honestly...the vegan dumplings were exceptional. I lived in China for a number of years and these were the equal of anything I had whilst I was there. Super tasty and very fresh. Well done, it's not at all straight forward to create an authentic taste so far away from the original.
