The menu changes every day but you can trust everything's ng will be great. The fact they change up the menu so often based on what they can get fresh locally shows how talented the chefs are. Leave room for drinks and desert after dinner! This is a great place to have a great dinner with no rush. Enjoy!

We had a lovely father's day roast at the pig and butcher. Roast was 10/10. Perfect portion sizes, really tasty. They have a fun little climbing frame for the kids. Service was really slow but the staff were very apologetic and so busy so we can't complain as I'm sure normally it's not slow. Definitely be visiting again for a roast.

I was here for a wake, but I think the staff were a little overwhelmed. They were perfectly friendly and helpful, but I did feel they weren't expecting the numbers who attended, I would say due in a large part to the organiser. A nice country pub but nothing to write home about.
