Restaurant Rössli Erlenbach : Seestrasse 51, 8703 Erlenbach

We received a very friendly welcome. Sitting on the terrace, even though it was right on Seestrasse, didn't bother us much. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. We even received a welcome greeting from the kitchen. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The price/performance ratio was right.

It was time again for a fine meal at the Rössli. Especially now, when you can sit outside on the beautiful terrace. When making a reservation, it's always nice to see the handwritten table signs with the names on them; they make you feel immediately welcome. There's a menu, which includes the hits: Rössli Burger, Tartare, and Cordon Bleu. They also offer four specials. We opt for the dishes on the menu and choose: Starter: Tartare, Bruschetta, Mixed and Green Salad Main: Tartare, Gratinated Tartare with Rösti, Cordon Bleu with Salad instead of Fries, Tuna Carpaccio with Avocado All dishes are freshly prepared, so expect a short wait. This is bridged by a greeting from the kitchen, which really makes you hungry for the food. The tartar is available in both small and large versions, and can be as spicy as you like. The tuna carpaccio is very successful. A light spicy touch enhances the dish. The cordon bleu is, as usual, very good. Both versions of the tartar are also excellent. Bread and butter can be ordered as desired. We opt for a Zweigelt Unplugged to accompany it. The wine selection is extensive and excellent. We also have dessert. They offer Igelati ice cream in various versions, such as Baileys Coconut, Americano, or fruit. To finish, the two gentlemen are treated to a Carajillo. It was a very pleasant evening with very friendly hosts.

Local is not recommended! Waiting time until the menus are served. + 1 hour!! No small appetizer for an aperitif... No ambience - service rather poor😴
