We're on vacation in the area and discovered that Axel Schmitt has his bakery here. My boyfriend loves baking and has both of his books, so a visit was a must. The breads are incredibly delicious and still look fresh even on the fourth day, and the cakes are also fantastic. The products are offered at fair prices, and the super friendly staff make you feel immediately welcome. Perhaps we'll be lucky enough to meet him in person.
