Lieblingsplatz am Tegernsee : Tegernseer Str. 8, 83703 Gmund am Tegernsee

We were there for both brunch and dessert 🍨. Brunch was great and the chai latte was very delicious. Service was also great. The dessert was also good but the service that day was not the optimal.

3 f**** Words. Fabulous Fantastic Futuristic Lieblingsplatz at the Tegernsee. What you will find here ist nothing the pure perfection in perfection of: Smile, Friendliness, Harmony in colours of taste and ambience. The following System is from 1 bad to 5 very good and 6 over the standards. Note: 6* 1) Hospitable Atmosphere - 6 - It is light full, friendly warm with mixed cold blue tones and a big outside area at the front and back! 2) Culinary Expertise - 5 - OMG!!!! this Cake, that cookies.. and the Food in general, for a bavarian Restaurant .... It is there lifestyle and Motto! I never experienced something like that before in Germany. 3) Hygiene and Cleanliness -5 - Overall clean, everything sorted and the kitchen is very clean, even at the time of preparing the dishes 4) Range of Beverages - 4 - To be honest, I did not look at everything!- But they have everything and more what you would not expect! Healthy and holly molly tasty drinks especially mixed ones. The 4 ist just, ... No whiskey :P 5) Good Service - 6 - Are you ready for nice dressed crew?, Nice educated waiters and cooks! You get what you ask, you get what you pay for and for an extra Tip maybe you´ll get a song - don´t be shy - give it! It is worth it. 6) Tasty Food - 6* 🤤 - Look at the pictures! -I traveled all around the globe for 5 years, but the most of the time the cooks cant cook. This Alex here!! Gosh!! This dude knows how to use herbs, spices and in a perfect creation 7) Convenient Location - 5 - The location is perfect for the Area, plenty parking spots, middle on a straight street in an open wide area. Even if you should be from outside, go there and visit them! 8) Management Skills - 6 - Meet Melanie, find out what I mean and maybe you´ve the same business Idea and ... The team ist strong and well educated. You see that there is a strong but easy going hand behind! 9) Events - 5 - For the moment 3-4 Events a month, like Yoga, Nutritional Lesions, Cooking lesions, Personal Trainings and more coming.! 10) BUSINESS MEETINGS AND PRIVAT ARRANGEMENTS!!! The Lieblingsplatz has a fabulous concept which was necessary for the region and Gmund! It is led by 2 strong business woman which are having greater plans for the full area around Gmund. Especially Melanie ist the push what the full region needed to reach new levels in form of tourists, ideas and investments. Slowly the region wakes up!

Personally this is the best café that you can visit in Tegernsee. There are lots of seating options available and you don't have to wait a hour in the line to order like in other "famous overrated" place in the middle of Tegernsee. Service was really friendly and nice, I found the prices are fair and cakes/ice cream tastes really good. I will make sure to recommend this place to my cyclist buddies :)
