We came here on a recommendation; the food was good, and the value was decent. Great service and a very good Primitivo. The bruschetta had a very tasty topping, but the bread was too compact and hard for me, and it was also soaked in oil. The knives could be sharper, and the pizza was difficult to cut, but the taste was very good. Still, 5 stars because we felt comfortable.

Affordable prices for very authentic Italian food ! There are many delicious options, all Italian food lovers from meat eaters to vegans are welcome. The chefs and managers are very friendly and attentive. Nothing better than a nice meal accompanied by a nice Italian wine. Thank you for this fabulous meal ! :)

It is Very rare that I review a restaurant negatively, especially based on price or portions. In life and restaurants, I focus on the good. Here, my review is "minus two" for dashing my expectations. Whether that is fair is partly irrelevant because ratings are subjective. I aim to relate my true experience. Overall, the menu is low cost. Meat dishes are mid twenties, which I expect in an Italian restaurant. Tasty pizzas range from €5.90 to €9. Here, I was frustrated by my smallest portion size of Gnocchi to this day: less than or equal to an appetizer, and twice the price of the pizzas. Gnocchi is typically inexpensive, perhaps €9 for a large plate or bowl. (E.g., an Italian restaurant just outside of Walchensee has AMAZING baked gnocchi for €8.50) Here, €14.50 brought a portion size that made a woman laugh. That was her immediate response. "Ha! ... That's it?" When a woman actually Laughs at something small, you know it's small and that everyone expects more. To the chef's credit, it was delicious, and appetites and expectations will vary.
