One of my absolute favorite breweries in the Bamberg surroundings. I've had quite a few great meals here and their full assortment of beers are more than up to the task of matching the fine food. Have mostly been here in colder months so roasts and bock beers formed my initial impressions but got there last summer and finally got to enjoy their nice atmospheric Biergarten. This is another brewery that would do well to have rooms available but I did spot a few pensions in the area and plan on doing just that soon.

Loved this gem of a restaurant. Decided to stop over for a quick lunch. Was definately worth the stop. We had a great fresh carp fillet with potato salad and salad. This is highly recommended. The Atmosphere was rustic bavarian style, and surprisingly busy at that time of day. It would be advisable to call and make a booking when coming there on the weekend. Service was friendly, swift and in a good spirit. Will definately go back there when in the area.

Amazing food, nice staff, can only recommend!! Beer and Schnitzel is the best here!
