Food very good (Tafelspitz). Beer also good, but they do not fill it up to 0.5L, significantly not.

We received a friendly and warm welcome. We were escorted to our table and given our memory card. After ordering, we were greeted by a greeting from the kitchen. The salads for the main courses arrived promptly, followed by the main courses. The food was very good and tasty, with a special positive touch. The waitress asked us if everything was okay while we were eating. I really like that. It shows that our guests are important. Parking is available. We'd be back anytime. Thank you

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately, the Spezi tasted stale and not very carbonated. A query from the service staff resulted in only a short answer. Yes, the problem is known. The breweries mix less carbon dioxide into the drinks due to the costs. An inquiry was sent to the brewery afterwards. Answer is still pending. I have never had this experience in any restaurant so far. So only four stars. The ambience is OK. Only the winter garden has little of the charm of an old mill and is also very narrow and loud when the tables are full.
