We spent a short vacation here. The couple who run it were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were fully furnished. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The location was ideal as a base for exploring the area. We'll be back.

Bruckmayers Guesthouse offers a lovely place to stay overnight. Pottenstein is a fairly quiet place. The rooms are clean and tidy. The style, however, is somewhat reminiscent of the early 2000s, when they were certainly last decorated accordingly. One minor drawback is that there's no real notice given that the daily cleaning isn't carried out. This is only mentioned in the visitor's folder. This combined rating would actually be a four-star review, but since the family who runs the hotel is very warm and accommodating, it gets full marks, also because the breakfast buffet was very nice, except for the cold eggs. This review primarily focused on the guesthouse and not the beer garden, which was generally good, but the benches could use a coat of paint. The sausages are still very nice, and the beer tastes good here.

Nice, small, and quiet beer garden. A light beer costs €3.50. Cheap and good beer. Next to a small stream. No fries, unfortunately.
