The inn is set on fenced grounds with several animal enclosures and a large sandpit, making it perfect for a restaurant with children. There's even an old tractor for climbing. We visited on a Monday, so it wasn't particularly busy. We ordered from a bar cart, and drinks were brought to our assigned seats. While not unfriendly, we didn't feel welcome. The meal for two adults and one child was served after about 45 minutes. The service here was very child-friendly. The food tasted OK, but we really expected more for the price.

During our visit this year, we unfortunately noticed that the food had deteriorated significantly. Price-performance doesn't match anymore either. The service that evening was also very distant from the guests. Pepper carp has always been a highlight for us in recent years. Unfortunately not anymore. Too bad.
