The Michlwirt in Hetzles is a traditional Franconian restaurant known for its excellent carp dishes. We thought we had to try it. No sooner said than done. Today we were there, and the carp was simply amazing. A huge piece, very tasty. Keep it up!!! The carp fillets were also very good. Definitely worth recommending.
