Authentic Delight - But Some Planning Required My experience at the Romanian restaurant Röslersburg in Bad Urach was overwhelmingly positive. I particularly note the friendly and attentive service. Every request was accommodated, and the staff's recommendations made the meal a true delight. You rarely experience something like that, and it added a personal and warm touch to the entire evening. The service was attentive and competent. The meal itself was absolutely outstanding. The fries were obviously homemade and not frozen. The cevapcici, also known as Romanian mici, are among the best I've ever tasted in Germany. I really enjoyed the option to customize the grilled platter to my own preferences. Everything was freshly prepared, and the chef personally came by to check that everything was to our liking. The value for money is more than reasonable. The portions were generous, and the price was absolutely fair for the taste and quality offered. One minor criticism, however, is the uncertainty surrounding opening hours and the available menu. Exact opening hours are not available either online or on-site, and there is no posted menu. A current daily special would be helpful to give guests a better overview.
