Perfect traditional Franken food with reasonable price. Service is friendly even during high peak of weekend dinner time. Vintage interior for good mood of enjoying the food here. Update 23.09.2023: finally I got Schäufele! This is absolutely one of the best versions I have tasted in Nürnberg area! Crunchy skin, tender meat, nice combination with the sauce! The service is really good! The waitress found I had no sauce in the plate and came to me to ask whether I want more sauce. I really want to give 6 star unfortunately not possible. But I will come back again and again!
