I didn’t know food could taste so good. And this was the end of a month trip throughout Umbria. Ground pork on the pasta. The pork pieces in a simple sauce of oil garlic and red pepper. Spectacular bread and a local red wine. I needed to rest before leaving. I will never miss this place when I am here.
