The Bännebrett is the clubhouse of the tennis club in Hegi/Elsau. Simple and bourgeois, with a great view of the hall. Anyone who goes out to eat with this knowledge will not be disappointed. After the mixed reviews, I wanted to form my own opinion. The menu salad was fresh, the soup with egg was delicious. The pasta dishes were tasty and plentiful. The service was friendly and even the chef stopped by for a moment. The prices are Swiss standard and reasonable. Not a gourmet temple, but no defects either. So everything is fine and still a good recommendation if you don't feel like cooking...
