Beautiful place up from the Centovalli. An oasis of quiet and peacefulness. The food is absolutely stunning, not only in presentation but also in flavor and diversity. Pietro Leemann, pioneer of gourmet vegetarian cuisine, is building a jewel in this beautiful area.

Lovely restaurant! The chef’s tasting menu was perfect— every dish delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The amuse bouche and the gazpacho were especially wonderful. The service was also excellent. It’s not clear how accessible it is, as you must park down the hill and then walk up to Bordei and then down stairs to the actual space. I would call beforehand if you are mobility impaired. Did not stay in the rooms so I can’t speak to that part

Amazing place! Food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was incredible. Service was perfect! We were a group with kids and they were very friendly and accommodating. Location is gorgeous! Definitely worth a visit! Totally recommend!
