Great food, lovely atmosphere and kind service. It was a pleasure to be there and it’s definitely a place to return to.

This is a family-style restaurant with warm service. The food was unremarkable and mediocre for me, nothing surprising; just average. It's a lovely, rustic restaurant.

A restaurant with a lot of charm and southern flair. The plates are lovingly brought to the table - a pleasure not only for the palate, but also for the eye. Sometimes the individual components of the dishes seem a bit reserved in taste at the beginning. But if you then take the fork or spoon to the bottom of the plate and combine everything together, a fine and harmonious interplay of diverse flavors is revealed. It is noteworthy that the kitchen deliberately presents some components in a very purist manner. For example, when making mashed potatoes, you can discover the almost unadulterated taste of the potatoes used. Great. Wine? The menu is huge - but unfortunately only whole bottles and not individual glasses are offered on the menu. But that's not a problem: on request, the host Giuseppe will put together two or three glasses that match the evening's dish. The host couple and the waiters are very accommodating. At the end, however, the entire staff was understandably busy cleaning up in the kitchen, so we unfortunately couldn't tell anyone for a long time that we would like to pay. After we received the invoice, we thought it took a lot of time before we could actually pay. Our subjective feeling was certainly due to the fact that we were slightly stressed because we had to catch the bus back to our hotel on Lake Maggiore. However, the moment of farewell was irritating: after paying and our negative answer to the question “Receipt?” The hostess turned away from the table without a word and left. Nevertheless, we would be happy to come back and would be happy to recommend the Osteria dell' Enoteca.
