I asked the staff if they can make any of their vegetarian dishes vegan. He talked to the chef and showed me which options can be made vegan by clearly marking them on the menu. In the end I had the red lentil dahl which was delicious. I definitely recommend this place to everyone including vegans.

One of my favourite brasseries in Montreux. Nice choice of dishes and wine. Great steak with fries! Service is kind and professional. Good choice for everyone, friends, families or couples. The restaurant is located in the ground floor of a hotel with a separate entrance. 👌🏻
