An elegant restaurant. Excellent service. The food is of high quality. I recommend the fish. They are all excellent. The staff are very kind and welcome all guests from all over the world.

For New Year's Eve, they offer a set menu for dinner with music. They offer local Montreux wine together with the staples such as Pinot Noir and the likes. The assigned waiters vary on the speed of their service. If you're sort of unlucky to be with one, tough luck for getting the dishes on time. Past midnight we were still waiting for dessert. Music tended to drag, moreso being live and not so energetic.

Visited this restaurant for lunch today and it was great. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining, has parking in front of the entrance so you don't have to park further down the road and pay a parking fee. Note that it's part of the casino building so it's easy to spot. The outdoor dining was nice and facing the lake so we decided to go with that. As it was a weekday, they had the special of the day for lunch which cost CHF26. The wine selection was good and offered both local and international varieties. Staff were great and helped us with the selections. Overall a good meal at a very reasonable price, highly recommended.
