The quality of the food/product has been impeccable for years, and the service is both friendly and highly professional. It is a must-visit destination from spring to autumn, offering an unforgettable experience!

This restaurant with a well deserved reputation is run by an Italian family that arrived in this village high above Fully three generations ago and is accessible via a winding narrow route that the weak-hearted should avoid unless he has a small car. I just barely managed to get there with my MB Marco Polo on our way to the Erié parking and a hike to Lake Fully. The village Chiboz is interesting with the history of the houses described on a board attached to their fasade. There are interesting people to meet in this restaurant. Remember the introductory Wallis phrase, "T’as où les vaches?" The restaurant is particularly known for game but I was a bit early for the hunting season so had to chose from their regular menu and a very well chosen wine list featuring some of the best wine makers in Wallis. I recommend you take a hotel room on top of the restaurant if you drink wine and are tempted to take the road back to Fully. A slightly easier road is going east and thereafter downhill to Ovronnaz. Very warm welcome. It is a long way up from the valley but worth every meter of height you have to conquer. But you don't have to do it by foot if you don't mind the narrow road. Once you made it, its paradise on earth!
