Magnificent experience with a very original menu and a warm welcome

So we stopped in the mountains in this sunny and snowy mid day. Of course we had a reservation.Céline and Stéphanie were waiting fand extended a warm welcome. The place is gorgeous with a unique panorama on the Swiss Alps. We were 9 persons, celebrating a milestone birthday. A little white wine aperitif on the terrace and we were guided to the single dining room with a beautiful set table. Then we started our five course menu and … it will be unforgetable! Each dish had its unique combination of tastes from the local region to what French cuisine produces at its best. Swiss wines were paired elegantly. We can only refer to this festin as made with the love of cooking and the love for guests. We only have one regret: once the extended lunch was over, we had to leave to our “normal” life. Thank you Céline and Stéphanie for this culinary voyage. Your reputation extends far beyond the Saviese/Sion region and we wish you a well deserved success.
