Delicious food, cooked with passion also home made ingredients. The arranged even the rose for my GF upon request. We enjoyed the atmosphere and family wibe. Only one star less for the slow service , maybe that's normal for the experience however we were quite hungry. The rest was perfect

This was one of my favorite dining experiences in Switzerland. The staff is incredible and wonderfully accommodating, and we felt warmly welcomed. The lamb shank and sea bass were cooked to perfection, and their truffle tagliatelle is an absolute treat. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a thoughtfully crafted meal and excellent wine.

Delightful family-owned hotel restaurant with exceptional gourmet food, a warm welcoming atmosphere, and prime location in the charming Swiss Alpine village of Fiesch! Chef Yves and his wife Marguerite are both wonderful hosts— accommodating, friendly, and very talented. Thank you for a beautiful experience and delicious meals!
