Restaurant du Barrage de Tseuzier : Lac de Tseuzier, 1966 Ayent

We went to this place to have lunch during our place. The food was okay but unfortunately a bit cold. In terms of service, unfortunately it took super long to be able to order and even longer when we wanted to pay. Furthermore, the lady was not very friendly to us. From my point of view, there is not a good quality-price ration since everything was quite expensive.

We arrived after having been on the heavy rain outside and the moment we get in a waiter comes to tell us that they will be closed the moment a big table is gone (with old men having had their meal). There were 4 tables with people at that moment who stayed until we left. Then we asked whether they could serve us something savoury like cheese and bread and they said only a cake or chips in a bag. The service was rude and unwelcoming. The waitress was just at her phone giving her back to the tables. A pity for a place that’s in such location. The cake was good, the coffee ok but I will not go back

My wife and I arrived for lunch and were seated immediately with courtesy and warmth even though the place was packed and overflowing with customers. I ordered the lamb fillet served on a cooking slate….this was wonderful! My wife ordered the chicken covered in sauce with vegetables. Both dishes were delightful! It was a great compliment to our day at the lake. Highly recommend.
