Very good views from the balcony with the clean mountain air in the morning. Great location - just 1 min from the station and 15 mins to Zermatt. Very cozy lobby and a gluhwein is strongly suggested! A little bit old rooms yet comfortable. The oldness might be covered with some extra service.. (no shampoo or slippers in the room)

Fantastic! Staff was exceptionally friendly, the room was quiet with a balcony and windows able to be opened for fresh mountain air, and the breakfast was varied, high quality and generous. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again.
