In 25 years of living in Switzerland, this is the first time I've eaten such an incredible pizza. Sourdough that's over 80 years old, light dough, crispy-soft edges that I devoured (and usually leave them). Fast service, no complaints. I can't wait to go back with my parents—my mother is convinced that real pizzas only exist in Italy... she might be surprised.
So unusual to meet a Spanish chef who left Barcelona to come and take over this restaurant in the Ponts-de-Martel valley 2-3 years ago. Original establishment with a mix of local and Iberian style. Tasty cuisine, homemade bread, pata negra as a sublime aperitif. Everything is homemade. I recommend it transfer
Rustic cuisine is so good and delicious. The local products are all represented and served generously, with of course a few exceptions, such as the Pata Negra. The welcome is warm and the service sometimes a little slow, but especially when you see other customers' plates go by, impatience gnaws at you, unless it's greed. Everything is homemade, especially the bread. Lovers of know-how and raw flavors, welcome to the tavern of pleasure, I meant to say the birch tree restaurant. Thank you for these always delicious moments.
