The hotel stay was incredible! The room was super comfortable, and we had a stunning view of all the mountains. We also changed our booking dates several times, and they didn’t charge us any extra fees. I’m really happy with the experience!

1. **Location and Accessibility**: The hotel is far from the center of Liechtenstein, leading to a lower price compared to hotels closer to Vaduz. However, guests need to walk about 16 minutes to reach the nearest bus stop (Rathaus), which can be inconvenient for those wanting to explore other parts of Liechtenstein. However, the location is very calm. There are almost no people or cars in this industrial zone. 2. **Customer Service**: The staff seems indifferent. The receptionist, for example, does not offer help even when guests struggle with digital check-in or finding their rooms. Additionally, the "Erlebnispass," which is supposed to be included in the price, is not available. 3. **Cleanliness**: The room was not well-cleaned, with visible dust and particles on surfaces. 4. **Breakfast**: The breakfast was unsatisfactory and tasteless, leaving much to be desired. 5. **Overall Recommendation**: I suggest paying a bit more for a better experience elsewhere.

The room is not very big. The bed is very hard and the pillows are very soft. There is no air-conditioning in the room, so it is pretty warm at night. Unfortunately, we didn't get a good night sleep. The shower and toilet are very nice and clean. But because the fan in the shower didn't work, our whole room was full of steam after taking a shower. The self check-in is easy, but I think the service should be given when you pay so much for a room. The breakfast is good but not so diverse. The breakfast room is very small, so it gets crowded when 20 people are standing in line. It kinda feels like you're in a school cafeteria waiting to get your food. The location is good because of the mountains in the area but the hotel itself it located in an industrial area and next to a sports field. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on the high price (we paid €230 per night) and our experience.
