Guest Reviews & Experiences at Restaurant Schiff
Upon being seated our server was quite nice and the view from the patio was beautiful. However once we ordered our food took an incredibly long time to come (even the appetizers) despite the fact that we were one of the only people there at that time. The salad and tartare were very good but the meat portions for the mains were small considering the price. Though I am aware that Switzerland is expensive, this so happened to be the priciest dinner of our entire trip and yet unfortunately the most disappointing. The beef cheek honestly reminded me of food I would be served in an airplane and although the pork belly tasted good, it was again, incredibly small. Once we finished our meal we sat for almost thirty minutes waiting for the check and were told they had forgotten about us due to a change in shifts. While I understand that these things can happen, it was more so the fact that our entire meal lasted about two and a half hours due to the delay in service that made it not the greatest experience.

Our table was well dressed with good views from the balcony. The food was too delicious, we ate so well. And the service was 10/10, the lady with the dark hair who served us was amazing. It was our first time in Lucerne and we had a good time :)

The service was awful... Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The fish fillet was dry, bland — definitely not worth the €30 price tag. On top of that, the restroom was dirty and poorly maintained. I expected much better for this price range. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
