This modern high-quality restaurant blew us away with its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service for dinner today. Standout dishes included beef tatar with truffle sauce, leg of lamb with finely mashed potatoes on wine gravy, and a variety of special starters including a light fish on cucumber and pesto which was amazing. Highly recommend for a unique dining experience!

Truly outstanding restaurant in Interlaken right next to the river. Quality of service is superb and very attentive. Truffle fries We’re amongst the best I’ve ever had. Just for that you get 5 stars. The risotto on the other hand was a bit lame. Please check your recipe for the cordonbleau. There’s to much bread Panade wich isn’t really suiting well with the dish. Whiskey sour was a if made in New York. Thanks for a great dinner!

Wow - incredible food and service all evening, staff very friendly and extremely helpful, food was stunning, and for a posh Switzerland restaurant it wasn’t too badly priced. But if you like good food then this is defo worth a visit.
