Great beer! Great terrace! SUPER dog friendly - brought a water bowl over as soon as we were seated - very nice when our GWP decided to tip over the bowl shortly there after 🙈 Thank you!

Overall, a little spot to get a nice meal with massive portions. We got plenty of drinks and ordered a pork knuckle and multiple bratwursts. The menu has lots of options that is a typical Swiss bar food restaurant with some Americanized items that you’ll recognize. They have a pretty expansive alcohol/beer list and lots of local beers to try. Great flavor, massive portions, about 200 francs for 6 people to eat. Yes, expensive but not the worst and this Swiss food was edible!

We had a fantastic experience at Hüsi Bierhaus! The schnitzel was absolutely delicious—perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The local roasted sausage was equally tasty and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. I also tried the strawberry cider, which was incredibly refreshing and pleasantly sweet—perfect on a warm day. The service was excellent; the staff were very friendly and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Interlaken and looking for great food, drinks, and atmosphere!
