Spanish food in Switzerland, let alone Interlaken? I got to try. I tried and the verdict is, you are missing out if you don’t come here. The food is to die for, cooked by talented chefs from Spain (they make amazing Sangria too! Be sure to order). The staffs are friendly (not overly, they gave you alone time to enjoy the food). They are fun around each other, creating a friendly environment that is nice to soak in. I am only afraid it will get extremely crowded during peak period. But be sure to reserve or try your luck when you are in Interlaken! For pricing, they are not expensive as per Swiss standard.

Amazing restaurant, perfect experience and delicious food! This was the best restaurant we visited during our week in Interlaken. Every single aspect of our experience was wonderful, starting with great bread and signature sauces, followed by outstanding tapas paired with the perfect Spanish Wines. The Chef Florian was very friendly and spent some time with us after the kitchen was closed. All the staff was extremely friendly (Rouse & Julia were always on top of the very detail). The evening was finished with a high note with an unforgettable Brandy from Spain.

Great food and very friendly service. The paella was way too much for two people so we pack it and have it for dinner the next day. It still tastes good.
