Chalet-Hotel Adler AG : Äussere Dorfstrasse 19, 3718 Kandersteg

received a warm welcome from the gentleman at check in. we had room 25 Superior room with whirlpool. lovely views off the balcony. bed is soft and comfy as are the pillows. room is a decent size. only thing it could use is a kettle so we can make a morning cup of tea. we enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel and would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

This place is wonderful, very friendly service, large room, location close to the train station (we travelled by train from Monthey, great connexion), cross country pistes, rentals etc. We had a very romantic dinner and the vegetarian/vegan options were yummy! The jacuzzi with the option to slide onto our balcony with a magnificent view was just amazing! We had a nice swim in the swimming pool at the hotel as well which was in a heated area and helped a lot with recovery after doing outdoor sports. Many thanks to you all!

The chalet is beautiful and stunning. I got the single room with Mountain View. I didn’t bother with the jacuzzi even though the staff were offering my an good price for upgrade. The food here is so good and the place is cozy. I cannot recommend this more! The staff here are the best! They went to lengths to make my stay perfect! I had left my luggage and went for a hike. Unfortunately someone had forgotten and had locked it away and left. One lovely staff member drove me to the train station so I can catch my train.
