Restaurant Bramisegg : Bramisegg, Axalpstrasse, 3855 Brienz

Such a nice and cozy restaurant. We didn't have a reservation but they fitted us in. The food was authentic and delicious! They are very generous with the rostï portion. I love the farmer sausage dish. The white wine fondue was a nice addition. Good selection of Swiss beer as well. Also getting here is not easy for tourist ! It's up the hill and you just have to drive carefully and be mindful. But otherwise the view outside of this restaurant is breathtaking ! They do take card but cash preferred.

Delicious food. Friendly staff. Great location (parking free and has around 10 spaces). Very cosy environment. Amazing Swiss 🇨🇭 Experience. Perfectly-sized portions. Recomendable and will definitely return soon! Recommended Dishes: Rösti Natural, Raclette and Goulash

Beautifully located restaurant overlooking lake and mountain, and serving authentic Swiss food, it just couldn’t have been better. We found it by chance when we missed the turn for the waterfall and then continued driving. Food was delicious and portion was big. Service was great too. Mind it- asking for an empty extra plate will cost you 3 CHF here. Give it a try if you’re around.
