Gasthaus Zwirgi : Scheideggstrasse 451, 3860 Schattenhalb

We had a nice stay and enjoyed typical dishes and a fresh panache. The cheese cake, kind of quiche, was delicious, and the farmer sausage went perfectly with the beer. We saw generous ice cream cups on our neighbor’s tables but we went for the waffle which was a perfect ending for our meal. The staff was correct. The place is clean and well maintained. Views are stunning! There is a bus stop just at the door. Is only 5mins walk from the waterfall.

Very bad service. Please don't come. I've warned you. No photos allowed. Don't know how to make drinks. Dirty glasses. Can this country open a shop just by having money? I don't know how it passed the standards. There should be an agency to inspect this.

I would give zero star if I could but please avoid ! Spoke to me so rudely when I asked to be seated. When I sat I opened the menu and no longer wanted to eat here as the waitress was slow and food didn’t look great. I left and the owner decided to make a scene and be rude to me. Once leaving the restaurant the female came out to start shouting at me for absolutely no reason. Honestly shocked at this behaviour and felt shaken to have someone shout at me because I no longer wanted to eat here. For someone who struggles with anxiety this was extremely uncomfortable situation. Please avoid.
