Lake Lodge : Feld 17, 3807 Iseltwald

The room, the staff’s hospitality, and especially the view from the balcony were all amazing!! Out of the four places I stayed in Switzerland, this hostel was my favorite. Just a heads-up if you’re planning to cook dinner at the hostel: there’s no stovetop, and there’s only one microwave, so it definitely gets crowded. Aside from that, I loved everything about this place and wished I could have stayed for a few more nights

The room has a great view. The shower and toilet are shared, but they are very clean and located close to the room. Each floor has two shared showers and toilets. The shared kitchen is spacious. Moreover, it is easy to go to Schilthorn, Murren, and Brig.

We found this restaurant strolling around the village and it was just what we were looking for. Lake front garden with amazing view, great music and good food for reasonable price. We had the veggie quiche and the large beef tartar.
