Incredible food, bad service! Worth it- but know what you’re going to get as far as service. We had 4 different waitresses within the two hours we were there. We had to ask the manager for water, more drinks, etc. Rack of lamb was the best my husband ever had! Go and enjoy!!
As many reviews mention, there's room for improvement in the service. We sat down and waited over five minutes without anyone bringing a menu, despite servers passing by. However, a young female server was eventually very diligent and friendly, though she seemed to be one of the few enthusiastic staff members. On the other hand, the food was delicious and portions were generous. The lamb shank was very tender, though it did have a slight gamey taste. I didn't mind it, but those sensitive to such flavors might. The pork cheek sauce was a bit salty, but the pork itself was incredibly tender. Overall, the food was excellent, and it's a restaurant with a great atmosphere.
We had a fantastic dining experience at this charming Swiss restaurant. The attention to detail in the decor made it feel like a step back in time, creating an inviting and homey ambiance. The food was absolutely delicious, with traditional Swiss dishes prepared to perfection. Every bite was rich in flavor, and the selection of wine complemented the meal beautifully. The service was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. What truly stood out was the hospitality-the owner himself went around greeting guests, making everyone feel genuinely welcomed. It's rare to see such personal and heartfelt service, and it made our experience even more special. If you're looking for an authentic taste of Swiss cuisine in a warm and inviting setting, this restaurant is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
