This was the perfect place for a light summer lunch before going for some bird shooting in the bird sanctuary in nearby La Sauge a Friday mid August 2024. We had a perfectly executed "wild-farmed" trout from the Neuchâtel lake accompanied by a local white from Vully that we had never tasted before. Service was discrete and courteous and value for money of the lunch basic menu is excellent. There are several lunch menu options and the à la carte menu is interesting with a local touch. The vegetarian options could be expanded. The wine list features a rich choice of Swiss wines, most notably from the local area, well known for its high quality wines. Overall an excellent experience.
