We enjoyed a great meal and wine with our son at Bindella. From our Salmon share plate to our veal ravioli, shrimp scampi linguine, and spaghetti with clams, all were exceptional. Mix in fantastic wine and desserts, a great evening, but after spending two wonderful weeks in France and Switzerland, our best service came from Clara at Bindella. We saw Bindella when we were walking around earlier in the day and made a mental note to come back. We’re very glad we did!

due to poor customer service, it really changed my opinion of this establishment. In my humble opinion, this establishment needs to focus more on making the customer's dinner experience one of positive memories. On this visit, our server (Jean Carlo), in my opinion, came across as rude, which affected our group of 12 paying customers. I STRONGLY recommend this establishment to provide customers service training to its staff and possibly monitoring of customer satisfaction. The food was fine but due to the atmosphere I would not recommend this place as a good memorable experience.

It's a touristic place, the waiters are very rude. Instead of serving, they constantly argued among themselves. It was a ridiculous dinner. What we ordered as an appetizer was extremely tasteless. It didn't make me smile.
