The Älplibahn is a cable car in Malans. Trips should be reserved in advance as capacity is limited. Once at the top there is a small restaurant that lovingly offers small dishes and drinks that can be enjoyed with a wonderful view. The hikes from there offer fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Highly recommended!

I came with all the intention to have a nice meal and beer, but I couldn't even order anything. Waiters didn't even look at me and my family. I couldn't eat. I felt so discriminated all people look at you weird. People here are really rude, I wonder if it is because I am not white or a foreign. Definitely not recommended and not coming back.

Super chill, nice staff and delicious cake. Partnered with a great view it's the perfect place to go to on a lazy Sunday. Make sure to make a reservation at the Älplibahn though.
