Very close to traín station, beautiful views, the hotel belongs to the same family and the personal gives you that special treatment, cozzy...lovely and home tasty food plenty options on their menu. You can see all family pictures and postings about their story.

We’ve been here for two nights using the free dreams coupon. We enjoyed our stay, especially the food, and the service. The restaurant is excellent. It’s a great spot for exploring Val Poschiavo. Some things which could be improved: — the family of the owners produces super tasty herbal teas. They can be bought at the desk, which we did, but it would be fantastic If the teas and the kettle would be available in the rooms. This would help to sell teas while making the stay much more pleasant. A tea hotel not providing an easy access to their teas sounds kind of ironic. — we got the worst room, even though the hotel was empty (out of season). I understand that using the coupon we didn’t contribute to the hotel as the other guests. Nevertheless it would be nice to get the care the rest got, and it would definitely encourage us to return for a full price.

Modern rooms and building, not too spacious (no space for spreading out a luggage), some small improvements could be made: add hangers on the wall, add power outlet at night stand, offer full bottles of toiletries (instead of small bottles).
