The restaurant used to be alright, but the new concept is subpar. Admittedly, the service is friendly (although not everybody speaks the local language like, but ok). The concept of having to order online and having to provide an email address is strange and not very personal. Nor do the canteen like carts help the impersonal impression. The food itself earns the distinction of being the worst cordon Bleu I ever had and the worst meal in Films / Laax. Salad with barely any dressing and mass food. The cordon bleu itself was of atrocious meat quality, dry, small and the “goat cheese” was anything but that. Just bad. Not as bad as the sauces provided, for which the picture below says it all.

Rustic atmosphere and typical Swiss cuisine. Absolutely delicious food, highly recommended. Be sure to pre-order. Very friendly and diligent staff.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and it has a cozy atmosphere. The food was very good, most people were getting the fondue but we opted for other dishes, the fondue did smell divine though. Service was on point and everyone was nice and friendly.
