The food was exquisite. Very good quality of the ingredients used and TOP taste! There is a clear deduction when it comes to price/performance and service. 42 CHF for the starter and 68 CHF for the main course. The starter served 4 asparagus with 4 scallops. For the main course, two small fish fillets, a strip of vegetables and a little wild garlic risotto. Unfortunately, a portion of wild garlic risotto was forgotten. We were informed that this will be backordered. When we asked, we were told that there were no more refills. No alternative was offered. A glass of wine and two espressos were offered at the end.
I was at Mulania for dinner with family about 1-2 months ago. The restaurant is great. The service was perfect and the employees were very friendly. We were very spoiled in terms of cuisine, from the starter to the dessert. Rarely eaten so well! The small “in between” appetizers from the kitchen were also inspiring and tasted very good. The wine selection matches the very good food and underlines the taste experiences. The price was quite high at around 160 Fr./person, but it was worth it. The well-known price/performance ratio fits here very well. For this reason, it won't be the last time we eat here.
Didn’t like the food here at all. Ordered as entrance the beef tartar, it tasted like nothing, minced raw meat was all. Mains were beef bourguignon (the veal was dry, not much to add there), and the escalope, only decent thing. It had as sides a cucumber salad which was terrible and a crunchy potato thing that looked great but was tasteless due to the 0 salt in it. A disappointment from start to finish. The wine menu is also too posh, expensive and pretentious.
