Yesterday, we had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable evening at the Travers restaurant at Casa Giovanoli. Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by the entire team – a hospitality that is rarely found these days. The host couple Yvonne and Silvio, along with their dedicated team, spoiled us with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Each course was a work of art – both in terms of taste and presentation. The dishes were not only superbly prepared, but also served with passion. The wine list offers some excellent wines at reasonable prices. The stylish atmosphere of the restaurant, coupled with the personal touch and the high art of gastronomy, made this evening a very special experience. Casa Giovanoli is a true oasis for connoisseurs – another insider tip in the Domleschg; a place where you feel completely at home. A big thank you to the entire team for this exceptional culinary evening. We would love to come back!

We were at Travers in Casa Giovanoli with friends today and what can I say: it was incredible! The ambience, the menu, the food, Silvio and Yvonne... 5 stars are not enough. The ingredients are carefully selected by the two hosts (and much of it comes from their own garden). The bread is baked by Yvonne herself. A dream. We'll definitely be back - on this occasion we'd like to stay overnight and enjoy the peace and quiet and a delicious breakfast ;-). Thank you!

Incredibly delicious, authentic food! Yvonne and Silvio, the charming patrons and patrons of the house, are full of hospitality. The restaurant exudes a cozy, intimate atmosphere that immediately gives you a feeling of home. The vegetable garden is simply amazing - how often do you see Silvio quickly fetching fresh herbs straight from the garden for the pasta. This shows how fresh and lovingly the food is cooked here. The wine selection is excellent and the prices are absolutely fair. One of our favorite restaurants in Switzerland
