This is a little known, but excellent, restaurant. The best way to access it is to enter the building through the door on the far east end of the building and take the lift to the top floor. Although it can get crowded at peak times, there are generally free spaces to eat or simply have a drink. The staff is invariably friendly. I eat here regularly with business acquaintances who are passing through Lausanne or changing trains here.
